Canvas Art

  • Hold art from sides or from hanging wire

  • Avoid putting pressure on the front of the canvas with hands, to prevent denting or puncturing

  • Avoid stacking art to prevent sticking together, denting, or puncturing

  • Display indoors in a cool, dry area away from direct sunlight

  • Dust with a soft lint free cloth or a very soft brush

Framed Art

  • Display indoors in a cool, dry area away from direct sunlight

  • Dust gently with a soft cloth

  • If needed, use glass cleaner & a lint free cloth to clean the glass by spraying the glass cleaner only onto the cloth & avoid spraying directly on the glass in order to prevent drips from seeping into the frame and affecting the artwork

Resin Art

  • Display indoors in a cool, dry area away from direct sunlight

  • Dust with a soft cloth such as a microfiber cloth

  • If needed, use mild soap & a soft damp cloth for stubborn spots such as fingerprints

  • Avoid harsh chemicals & abrasive cleaners

Textured Art

  • Display indoors in a cool, dry area away from direct sunlight

  • Dust gently if needed, using a soft cloth or very soft brush, being sure to take extra care with delicate works created with crackle paste

Transporting Your Art

  • Wrap painted or resin pieces with glassine paper. Glassine is pH neutral, acid free & designed to not stick to or harm items such as painted & resined art. Consider saving the glassine paper included in your original packaging.

  • For resin pieces, add a layer of smooth soft foam outside of the glassine, to further protect from marking

  • Add foam core slightly larger than your art to the front of canvas art & outside of the glassine to prevent puncture

  • For art framed with glass, tape glass with low adhesive tape such as painters tape in a criss cross pattern to prevent damage to art or hands in the event of breakage during transport

  • Add bubble wrap to the outside of the previously mentioned packaging only. Avoid plastic wrap, bubble wrap, tissue paper, etc. directly touching painted or resined art to prevent sticking & marking
